Social Commitment
Over 97% of our workforce enjoy a fixed contract creating a strong, stable social environment. Most of our workers reside in Cerezo de Río Tirón or settlements nearby.
The company’s human resources policies include a series of social benefits, not just for employees, but extending to other residents within the region itself.
Also in the social context, Crimidesa offers grants for professional training in all its forms whether they be for our employees or other community affiliates. We also contribute to community care programmes, ranging from the youngest at school to the eldest in retirement homes.
