Sodium Sulphate (Na2SO4)
Our sodium sulphate is a versatile and highly pure product. Its main applications range from the manufacture of powder detergents, paper, textiles, glass and animal feed.
COMPAÑÍA MINERA RIO TIRÓN
In Cerezo del Rio Tirón, in the Spanish province of Burgos, lies the largest known glauberite deposit, from which we have been extracting anhydrous sodium sulphate since 1954. Today we are world leaders in the production and export of sodium sulphate and one of the largest producers in the world, distributing to more than 50 countries.

Sodium feldspar is a key product for the ceramic industry of porcelain tiles for both flooring and wall covering, as well as in the glass industry. Our sodium feldspar is distinguished by its flux properties, homogeneity and minimal humidity throughout the year.
CRIMIDESA MAROC
Since 2004 we have been exploiting one of the largest albitite deposits in the world in the foothills of the Lower Atlas (Morocco). After processing at the Tarudant plant, we obtain high-purity sodium feldspar which, thanks to its close location to Agadir port, allows us to ship efficiently to our customers, ensuring a fast and flexible response adapted to their needs.
Wollastonite (CaSiO3)
Our wollastonite (calcium silicate) is known as an 'ecological mineral' due to its ability to reduce CO2 emissions by decreasing fossil fuel consumption. We specialize in the production of wollastonite for use in the hollow glass industry.
COMPAÑÍA MINERA ILUSTRACIÓN
Crimidesa acquired the company in 2001 where we exploit the largest known wollastonite deposit in Europe. The deposit is located in Aldea del Obispo, in the Spanish province of Salamanca, very close to the border with Portugal.
