We contribute to the well-being and development of the communities where we operate.
COMPAÑÍA MINERA RIO TIRÓN
We care for our young and elderly
- We have a vocational training scholarship program for the children of our employees and young people from Cerezo de Rio Tirón, to promote education and employability of this group so important for our future.
- We have made various investments in the elderly residence of Cerezo de Rio Tirón, to improve its capacity, accessibility and services, caring for this generation that has given us so much.
We promote health and solidarity through sports
- We encourage sports by sponsoring and funding local sports events and teams. This way we provide and promote healthy lifestyle habits.
CRIMIDESA MAROC
Health, education and society
- Together with local health authorities, we provide prescription glasses to children to prevent school dropout.
- We support education by distributing school supplies, participating in training classrooms and funding educational projects.
Employment and society
- We fund the social action of the Maison Bonheur Association, which provides employability training to women at risk of exclusion, promoting their social integration, personal and economic development.
- We contribute to access and development of drinking water networks and wells.
- We also contribute annually with food baskets to disadvantaged families during Ramadan.
